Day 5 The Closing Ceremony

As the World Tribal Alliance Origins event in South Africa draws to a close, we invite you to take a moment to breathe, to reflect, and to honour the sacred journey we have shared.

What began as a gathering of hearts and minds has blossomed into something far greater – a celebration of unity, heritage, and the timeless spirit that connects us all.

We are deeply humbled and grateful to present the complete experience in a four-part, unfiltered video series – a living record of the moments, teachings, and ceremonies that have unfolded with grace and intention.

As we honour the closing of this event, let us remember that this is not an ending, but a continuation – a huge celebration of energy, wisdom, and kinship that will flow forward into all that we do.

From our hearts to yours, we thank you for walking this path with us – for your presence, your openness, and your spirit.

Episodes From Day 1

Opening the Circle – With Dominic, Mohanji
& Guest of Honour Mathias de Stefano

As the sun rises upon this sacred gathering, we open our circle with hearts attuned to the Earth and the ancestors who walk beside us.

Guided by Dominic and Mohanji, and joined by our Guest of Honour, Mathias de Stefano, we begin this day in reverence — for the wisdom of the elders, for the lineage that lives through them, and for the sacred call that has brought us all together.

In this opening session, the elders will introduce themselves — their traditions, their lineages, their songs. Through voice and vibration, they will awaken the memory of who we are: one family of spirit, many paths converging in a single prayer for harmony and remembrance.

May these first words and songs open the way for unity, healing, and the re-weaving of ancient connections — between people, between worlds, and between the seen and the unseen.

Day 2 : Cape Point Gathering

A Day of Ceremony, Healing and Connection

At this sacred meeting place—the Cradle of Humanity, where the dramatic confluence of two great oceans meets land and spirit—we gather in deep reverence. South African elders, global guests, and the guardians of this land unite for a day of healing, remembrance, and gratitude, celebrating the profound bonds connecting us to one another, to the Earth, and to all who came before.

Day 2 : Cape Point Gathering

Afternoon – Reflection & Blessing

In the afternoon, we hear from honoured guests and government officials of the importance of the Origins Event happening in South Africa.

We are treated to a moving performance from the South Africa Youth Choir.

Each elder offers a sacred artifact – a gift from their lineage – sharing its story and meaning. These handovers, received by Craig Foster, founder of the Origins museum, will be housed and treasured as part of the exhibitilon.

As the sun sets, Mohanji offers closing words – a blessing of healing, unity, and peace to carry forward.

Day 3 : Cleansing Ceremony and Renewal of Robben Island

Morning Ceremony Healing the Land

At this sacred hour, Mamo Lorenzo, a spiritual elder from the Sierra Nevada mountains of Colombia, will lead a ceremony of cleansing and renewal upon the land that once held the late Nelson Mandela and many others in captivity during the time of apartheid.

In deep reverence, Gogo Masechaba, representing the ancestral lineages of South Africa and the spirit of Mandela himself, will first call upon the land – asking permission to cleanse, to heal, and to restore balance.

Mohanji and the elders form a circle and together, their healings and prayers will weave across continents and histories, offering peace to the Earth and to all hearts still carrying the memory of that place.

Day 4: The sunrise Ceremony on Table Mountain

As the first light of dawn touches the ancient face of Table Mountain, we gather in reverence and gratitude. This sacred mountain, a timeless guardian of Cape Town, becomes our meeting place — a living altar where Elders from around the world unite in spirit and purpose. Together, we come to honour the ancient ways, to listen to the whispers of the ancestors carried on the morning wind, and to affirm our shared journey toward healing and unity.

Queen Elouis will open this sacred moment — welcoming all hearts and spirits into the circle — and will call upon the ancestors for their blessing. With humility, she will invite Auntie Puna to perform the sunrise ceremony: an offering of light, prayer, and intention as the sun rises over the land and the ocean.

This ceremony is more than an event; it is a remembering. It is the renewal of connection between people, between land and sky, between all who walk the path of peace. May this sunrise illuminate our shared vision and guide our steps in harmony.

Day 4 : The Castle Good Hope Healing

Within the iconic walls of the Castle of Good Hope, we gather to heal — ourselves, one another, and the suffering caused at this ancient place. Once a site of power and division, it now becomes a sanctuary for restoration, forgiveness, and peace. Together, we honour the past as we open the path to collective healing.

Queen Elouise, Elder of the World Tribal Alliance, will open this sacred moment with words of blessing and remembrance. Her presence invites us into reverence — a calling to heal the stories carried by this land and within our hearts.

Guiding the heart of the ceremony, Māori healer Awhitia Mihaere will lead a powerful cleansing — a ritual of release, renewal, and reconnection. Through sacred chant, prayer, and breath, they will awaken the healing energy that flows through all things, lifting old heaviness and inviting light to return.

This is a ceremony of transformation — where wounds meet compassion, where silence gives way to song, and where the spirit of hope rises once more. May the Castle of Good Hope become a place of peace, healing, and restored harmony for generations to come.
