The site provides information, news, donation processing, merchandise sales, Gathering registration, and subscription to newsletters or community resources.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases, donations, or register for a Gathering through this site.

Donations

  • Donations are voluntary and generally non‑refundable except for technical error or proven fraud.
  • We may decline or refund a donation that is unlawful, fraudulent or inconsistent with our values.

Gathering Registration

  • Fees (if any) must be paid in full before attendance.
  • Provide accurate participant data; additional waivers or health/dietary information may be required.
  • Refund/cancellation terms are set out during registration and in our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • We may modify or cancel a Gathering for safety or operational reasons; refunds or credits may be offered.

Intellectual Property

All content (text, graphics, images, video, trademarks and logos) is owned or licensed by World Tribal Alliance. You may view or print content for personal, non‑commercial use only. Any other use requires prior written permission.

Refund & Returns Policy

This policy reflects standard UK industry practice and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1) Donations

Donations are voluntary and generally non‑refundable.
If you made an error in your donation or suspect fraud/unauthorised use, contact us within 14 days at info@theworldtribalalliance.org. We will review and, where appropriate, arrange a refund.

2) Merchandise — Change of Mind (Distance Purchases)

  • You have a 14‑day cooling‑off period from the day after you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods to cancel without giving a reason.
  • To cancel, email us within the 14‑day period. You then have 14 days to return the goods.
  • Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and re‑saleable condition. We may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • Unless the item is faulty or mis‑described, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend tracked shipping.
  • We will refund the price paid (including standard outbound delivery) within 14 days of receiving the goods (or evidence of return), to the original payment method.
  • Exclusions: customised/personalised goods, sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., certain apparel/consumables), and perishable items.

3) Merchandise — Faulty or Not as Described

  • If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us promptly with order details and photos.
  • Within 30 days of delivery you may have the right to reject for a full refund. After 30 days, we may offer repair or replacement first.
  • We will cover reasonable return postage for confirmed faults. what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4) Gatherings (Tickets/Bookings)

  • Tickets/bookings for Gatherings scheduled on specific dates are generally exempt from the 14‑day cooling‑off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Our cancellation terms will be shown during checkout/registration. Where possible we will offer a partial refund or credit if you cancel with reasonable notice, less any non‑recoverable costs.
  • If we must cancel or materially change a Gathering, we will offer a full refund or a credit/transfer to a future date.
  • Travel and accommodation costs are your responsibility; please consider appropriate insurance.

5) How to Start a Return/Refund

Email info@theworldtribalalliance.org with your order number, reason, and any supporting photos. We will respond with next steps and, if applicable, a return address.
